After a battle against Horizon, our Volleyball team lost 2-1. We fought the entire time, putting our best effort forward. We really stepped up the second game, beating Horizon 25-16, but in the end, we wound up losing.

That was an amazing season ladies! Great Job! Our team was recognized as being tied for having the highest season record, which means we earned a trophy for the case!

Congrats to our Boys Basketball Team with their victory over Syracuse Jr! The guys fought back from a deficit in the first quarter, and won with an amazing 66-47 score in the end. Great Job Guys!

We also got the opportunity to see our Dance Squad show off their skills during half time. Our team is so amazing, and we look forward to future shows from them!

Fairfield Volleyball secured another win in the Quarterfinals win against #7 Centerville! They played amazingly! Great job ladies!

Come watch us on Monday, at Viewmont High School when we take on #6 Horizon in the Semifinals. We really want to pack the bleachers with Fairfield people, so come to the game, and bring friends! Our game will begin shortly after the Centennial vs. Farmington game which will start at 3:15.

At the conclusion of National Literacy Month, we spotlight Ms. Anna Pierce, who teaches both English and U.S. History at Fairfield Junior High. Ms. Pierce has been with us for four years. She enjoys photography, scrapbooking, reading, attending Ballet West, and spending time with her daughter and granddaughter. She loves getting to know her students and sharing history and English content with them. We are so glad to have Ms. Pierce here at Fairfield Junior High with us!

As we approach the end of National Literacy Month, we spotlight Ms. Katlyn Treasure, who has been a part of our Fairfield English Department for four years, and has been teaching for five. Ms. Treasure loves to read, write, crochet, and watch her favorite shows. One of her favorite things about teaching is connecting with students, and hearing from them during discussions. As this school year unfolds, she is looking forward to working with lots of new people. We are indeed fortunate to have Ms. Treasure at our school.

We finished 2nd overall in the district, and as a result, we have a first round Bye game.

That makes Win number 9 for our Fairfield Volleyball team! Fairfield fought so hard and came out ahead of Centennial Jr 2-1. Our JV team came out 1-1. That was such a great game!

Next Monday we will take on our final opponent, Legacy, and we will also honor our 9th grade players. Come and cheer us on as we work for win number 10.

Congrats to our Lady Falcons! We are now 8-1 for our season after our win over Kaysville. The ladies really fought for their victory, coming from behind in game 2 and winning 2-1 overall. Our JV-1 team is still undefeated with their 9-0 record. JV-2 put up a real fight, but unfortunately lost.

Be sure to come support us when we take on Centennial, at Home, tomorrow. We are dressing in USA themed gear, and the game starts at 3:15.

This week we spotlight Ms. Kennedy Parker as National Literacy Month Continues. Ms. Parker has been a part of our English Department at Fairfield Junior High for five years. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, writing, and painting. The thing that gets Ms. Parker most excited about teaching is the chance to make at least one person's day better. This year, in addition to all the great things going on in her classroom, Ms. Parker is looking forward to working with our amazing FFJH Dance Company. We are so happy that Ms. Parker is part of our Falcon Family!

Great job to our Volleyball team with another victory yesterday against Central Davis Jr High. We beat them 2-0, with our JV team going 1-1.

Our record as of now is 7-1 for the season.

Come and watch us next week as we travel to Kaysville Jr High on Monday, and then host Centennial at Fairfield on Wednesday. Both games begin at 3:15. These are going to be very intense games. We are currently in 2nd place, and Centennial is in 1st place. 2 wins next week will set us to being the 1st place team in the district.

We are wearing USA themed gear for our home game on Wednesday. Come to school dressed in your Red, White, and Blue clothing.

Fairfield's Volleyball team competed today against Shoreline and came up with a loss. Fairfield came out strong in the first game, but unfortunately lost after 3 games. Our JV team came out with a win in both of their games.

Our season will continue this Wednesday as we travel to Central Davis. We will play at 3:15 in their gym.

As we continue our celebration of National Literacy Month, we spotlight Mrs. Heather Hughes, who has helped the Fairfield Junior High English department to shine for the last 28 years. Outside of school, Mrs. Hughes loves to run, read, travel, and (most importantly) entertain her grandchildren. Her passion for teaching is ignited by the insights students have while learning, and by students' unique personalities that develop throughout the year. This year, she is looking forward to watching students get excited about reading, and to helping students set reading goals to help them with their life goals. We are truly fortunate to have Mrs. Hughes as a part of our Fairfield Falcon Family.

Yesterday the ladies gave another defeat on our season to Bountiful Jr. We are still undefeated, with our record of 6-0.

The Varsity team won in 2 games, 2-0, with our JV team going 1-1.

Come cheer us on this upcoming Monday as we take on Shoreline. We are wearing Camo that day, so let's all dress up to cheer on our team. On Wednesday we are away against Central Davis. Let's go and get 2 more wins next week!
